අපි ක් රියා කරන්නේ Pre-Order ක්රමය මතයි. ඔබට අවශ්ය machine එක සඳහා shipment cut-off date එකට පෙර ඇණවුම දමා, සම්පූර්ණ ගෙවීමක් කර එය තහවුරු කළ යුතුය.
We operate on a pre-order basis. Customers must place their order before the shipment cut-off date and confirm it with full payment.

After payment confirmation, we will provide a customer agreement to ensure safe production, handling, and delivery of your machine.
ගෙවීම තහවුරු වූ පසු, machine එක ආරක්ෂිතව නිෂ්පාදනය, පරිහරණය සහ බෙදාහැරීම සඳහා customer agreement එකක් ලබා දෙනු ඇත.
ප්රශ්නය (Question): "සම්පූර්ණ මුදලම කලින් ගෙවද්දී මගේ සල්ලි ආරක්ෂිතයි කියලා තියෙන සහතිකය මොකක්ද?" (Since this requires 100% advance payment, how can I be sure my money is safe?) පිළිතුර (Answer): "ඔබේ මුදල්වල ආරක්ෂාව වෙනුවෙන් අපි නිල රිසිට්පතක් සමඟ නීත්යානුකූල පාරිභෝගික ගිවිසුම් පත්රයක් (Customer Agreement) ලබා දෙනවා. ඔබට අවශ්ය නම් අපගේ කාර්යාලයට පැමිණ වුවද මෙය සිදු කළ හැකියි." (For your financial security, we issue an official receipt along with a legally binding Customer Agreement. If preferred, you can visit our office to sign it in person.)
ප්රශ්නය (Question): "සල්ලි ගෙවුවට පස්සේ මට වෙන මැෂින් මොඩල් එකකට ඇණවුම වෙනස් කරන්න පුළුවන්ද?" (Can I change my order to a different machine model after payment?) පිළිතුර (Answer): "ඔව්, Shipment එක සඳහා වන Cut-off date එකට පෙර දැනුම් දුන්නොත් මිල වෙනස්කම් ගැලපීමෙන් පසු ඔබට අවශ්ය පරිදි ඇණවුම සහ ගිවිසුම යාවත්කාලීන කරගත හැකියි." (Yes, as long as you inform us before the shipment cut-off date. We can adjust the price difference and update your order and agreement accordingly.)
ප්රශ්නය (Question): "මැෂින් එක ලැබෙන්න දවස් කීයක් යනවද? ප්රමාදයක් වුණොත් මොකද වෙන්නේ?" (How long will it take to deliver? What happens if there is a shipping delay?) පිළිතුර (Answer): "Cut-off date එකෙන් පසු සාමාන්යයෙන් දවස් [30-45] ක් ඇතුළත මැෂින් එක ලැබෙනවා. රේගු කටයුතු නිසා යම් අදිසි ප්රමාදයක් වුවහොත් අප ආයතනය ඒ පිළිබඳව ඔබව කල්තියා දැනුවත් කර යන්ත්රය ආරක්ෂිතව ගෙන ඒමට වගකියනු ලබනවා." (Delivery usually takes [30-45] days after the cut-off date. In case of any unforeseen customs or shipping delays, we will notify you and remain fully accountable for safe delivery.)
ප්රශ්නය (Question): "මැෂින් එක මගේ තැනටම ගෙනත් දෙනවද? වැඩ කරන හැටි කියලා දෙනවද?" (Will the machine be delivered to my location, and do you provide training?) පිළිතුර (Answer): "ඔව්, අපි යන්ත්රය ඔබේ ස්ථානයටම ගෙනත් දෙනවා. එමෙන්ම අපගේ තාක්ෂණික කණ්ඩායම පැමිණ එය සවිකර ක්රියා කරවන ආකාරය නොමිලේ පුහුණු කරනවා." (Yes, we deliver the machine straight to your location. Our technical team will also handle the basic installation and provide free operational training.)
ප්රශ්නය (Question): "මැෂින් එකේ ලෙඩක් ආවොත් Warranty ගන්නෙ කොහොමද? Spare Parts ලංකාවේ තියෙනවද?" (How does the warranty work if there's a fault? Are spare parts available locally?) පිළිතුර (Answer): "යන්ත්රයට වසර 1ක සහ විදුලි උපාංගවලට මාස 6ක වගකීමක් හිමියි. අවශ්ය සියලුම අමතර කොටස් අප සතුව ලංකාවේ පවතින නිසා, දෝෂයක් ආවොත් අපගේ කාර්මික ශිල්පීන් පැමිණ ඉතා ඉක්මනින් එය සකසා දෙනවා." (The machine comes with a 1-year warranty (6 months for electrical components). We stock all essential spare parts in Sri Lanka, so our technicians can quickly handle any repairs.)

Apples, bananas, oranges, lemons, pineapples, strawberries, blueberries, figs, kiwifruits, and other fruits can be easily and evenly dehydrated using this machine. 🥕 එළවළු සඳහා / For Vegetables: මෙම machine එක කැරට්, වට්ටක්කා, බීට්, තක්කාලි, බණ්ඩක්කා වැනි එළවළු වර්ග ඉතා හොඳින් වියළීමට සුදුසු වේ.
